The final stage line up has been announced. NOT all artists that have been announced are playing in both Cape Town and Johannesburg. The festival is pretty early so if you have a job then you’ll be missing a third of the show LOL! Here’s who’s playing where in Cape Town:

Ultra has just released the festival lay out map for the Cape Town Event! The Ostrich Farm isn’t the prettiest venue in Cape Town but with Ultra’s world-famous decor, I’m sure it’ll be a spectacular event. Yesterday Ultra announced that northern suburbs brand Dansville will also have a stage at Ultra. Join the Dansville Ultra Cape Town Facebook Event for further updates.

UPDATE:

Ultra 2014 in South Africa has just released their second phase line up. Afrojack, Martin Garrix, Blaster Jaxx and Claude Von Stroke have been included on the line up. A whole host of new South African artists have been added as well including Das Kapital, Haezer and Grimehouse.

Tickets for Cape Town are now R800 for general and R900 VIP early bird or VIP advance R1100 available from the Ultra website. Here’s the current line up:

Rumors of Ultra Music Festival South Africa have been rife for a while but when Goldfish posted a picture of the Ultra emblem on the Cape Town Stadium and Euphonic posted a similar picture on a building in Jozi, South Africans REALLY got their hopes up!

And it’s all coming to life as Ultra Music Festival announced their first South African edition today! Ultra South Africa will take place on Friday 14th of February 2014 at the West Coast Ostrich Farm and the first phase of the line up include:

Ultra Music Festival lineup so far includes: Tiesto (Netherlands), Alesso (Sweden), Nicky Romero (Netherlands), Krewella (USA), W&W (Netherlands) and local groups Goldfish, Black Coffee, Mi Casa, DJ Fresh and Euphonic – which would explain why Goldfish & Euphonic posted pics – they were in the know!

Ultra South Africa is the eight international edition of the Ultra brand. Tickets go on sale on November 1st 2013. Prices:

• GA Early Bird – R600 Phase 1 – R700 Phase 2 – R800 Phase 3 – TBA
• VIP Phase 1 – R900 Phase 2 – R1100 Phase 3 – TBA

Phases – as each wave of artists is announced the price goes up. So the earlier you buy, the better.
