Hog Hoggidy Hog Turns 20 Years Young!

On the 15th of August, exactly 20 years ago to the day, Hog Hoggidy Hog played their first gig at the Purple Turtle in Cape Town. To celebrate they will be throwing a huge party at the Assembly, this 15th of August, featuring a host of friends they’ve met along the way. This includes 7th Son, Half Price and The Rudimentals.

Earlier this year the Hogs lost their legendary front man, George Bacon a day after their sold out performance at the Assembly, but will continue to celebrate the achievements and George’s legacy at their 20th birthday.

One of South Africa’s most iconic punk bands, will call on their friends to make a difference by donating their time and skill towards raising money in a preview of what is to come. More information to be released over the coming months, but for now, come and celebrate 20 years of #PorkRock.
