Converse Chuck 70’s collection presents: #ClashWall
Wall of Clash is actually part of a bigger social media campaign called Sneakers Clash. It launched in Amsterdam last weekend and is now in Cape Town this weekend, moving to Jozi and the Middle East there after. Wall of Clash is one of two activations being brought to life through social media. Various street artists will be painting a lifeless wall with YOUR tweets and contributions!
To participate, simply Tweet @Converse_Africa with suggestions of what you’d like to see on the wall. The Cape Town wall will be at the V&A Waterfront over this weekend (Feb 28th – March 1st). Don’t forget to use the proper hashtag for Cape Town: #ClashWall or #CT (but I think #ClashWallCT makes more sense :O ). I hope someone makes a time lapse of this!
This campaign is to celebrate Converse’s All Star Chuck 70’s that have now been released in prints: glow-in-the-dark zebra patterns and camouflage. The 6 original colours are still available (sunflower yellow, black, heritage blue, crimson, true navy and parchment).
