MCC. Gin. The Grand. Welcome to The Wade Bales Cap Classique and Gin Affair! I’ve actually never heard of the Wade Bales Society so I looked them up. The website doesn’t have an about page, but they appear to be a premiere wine club and e-comm store who are pretty jacked up (think newsletters, mobile app and months you can skip if you’re on a tight budget). All good things that I can get behind!

Although I’m not your typical Grand clientele, I love the venue. It’s incredible to be able to enjoy a glass of wine with uninterrupted views of the sea. It’s the kind of place I can go to and mind my business. Close to town, convenient parking, good service – that’s all I need.
“We want to showcase the best South Africa has to offer alongside world class international brands. Two of the season’s hottest tipples, together with a great crowd at Cape Town’s trendy Grand Africa Café & Beach – it’s going to be an experience you don’t want to miss!” – Wade Bales
