After visiting the Cape Quarter last month for their winter evening of fun, I couldn’t help but dash back two weeks later to raid the Lindt shop again. They have such unbeatable prices on their gorgeous chocolate that it’s hard not to splurge – so I just do! Whilst there, I noticed that the Cape Quarter were having another winter’s evening of food and art on Thursday the 31st of May.
This time the event includes a cooking demonstration by Lindt! I always interrogate their staff about their love for chocolate, why cooking? why chocolate? etc. so it’ll be fun to see them at work first hand. The Thai Cafe is also jumping into the mix and will be cooking some treats with Lindt chocolate! So sweet or savoury, come tuck into some warming winter food. And if food isn’t your thing in general, then sip on some whisky provided by Pernod Ricard.
Andiamo will be open to share their range of Italian cuisine from pizzas to pastas, wine and more, if you’re looking to settle down to a good glass of wine and warm, delicious dinner, then make sure to join them. The restaurant always smells SO good and the food is even better!
If indulging in culinary delights isn’t what keeps you warm then perhaps the salsa show will! Expect a Tango Evening at Cru Cafe tonight with dancers heating up the floor between 7pm and 9pm! Here’re the details.
I was also interested to notice that many of the beautiful photos, that I had enjoyed viewing at the photo gallery, had been sold already. So when I went back with my partner to show him, they were all gone! Luckily the lady in the store put the pictures up on the MAC which is there to display the prints. So make sure you view the art work whilst you can.
The event starts from 4pm today, ring up your friends and have a spontaneous evening out at the Cape Quarter, TRUST ME, the smell of food and the Lindt store make it worth it alone!
That looks awesome!
