It’s confirmed! Mad Decent Block Party Cape Town/Johannesburg is heading to South Africa next year. Rumours began when Cape Town based DJ George Daniel tweeted Diplo last week asking him to confirm whether it was happening or not. Diplo Tweeted back confirming that “they” were on the way.
Today’s Mad Decent Block Party South Africa has been confirmed. Major Lazer (Diplo’s other group), Flosstradamus and Dillion Francis will be playing Cape Town (and Johannesburg). The Cape Town party will happen on Feb 9th 2014 near the zip zap circus set up (I believe).
