Can you believe that Fokofpolisiekar at Kirstenbosch will be the first Kirstenbosch concert in February 2014?! This year is flying by and for those who follow me on Twitter will know I’ve been actively taking cognizance of every day this year as not to get to the point where I say, ‘Where has this year gone!?’ Kirstenbosch is an absolute summer institution in Cape Town and with the way time’s flying, they’ll be over and done with soon enough. If you haven’t been to a show this year then I suggest you get cracking!
This weekend South Africa rock legends Fokofpolisiekar will be playing live and the gorgeous botanical amphitheatre that hosts 5000 people. Bring your picnic, bring your friends, bring your wine and make sure you enjoy the Fokofpolisiekar at Kirstenbosch Gardens concert. The last time I watched them was at the Fokofpolisiekar DVD launch in August and they are well worth watching.
