You have no idea how much I love and hate Mumford and Sons. Of course their songs are great and they’ve added an angle to pop music that was very much missing over the past few years. The indie pop influx has largely been due to their catchy, sing-a-long songs like Little Lion Man, I Will Wait and Babel. But, as a wedding DJ, YOH! You have no idea how many times I’ve played their music, LOL! Love them or hate them, the British band is one of the most requested bands on the globe and they’ll be playing in South Africa next January.
Having headlined an incredible thirteen festivals across Europe and America throughout the Summer, the band will arrive in South Africa for three live performances, and will undoubtedly be the undisputed highlight of our country’s cultural calendar. They’ll be playing at the Grand Parade in Cape Town which will be exquisite! Such a great venue with the mountain as a backdrop – I suspect they’ll be filming, too pretty not too 😉
