Ok, I know this EP was released a week ago through Naas Music but I’m just not the kind of person to endorse something when I haven’t even listened to it! But now I have 😉
I often wonder who has time to listen to new music on a Monday. In my mind, people are plunged back into the work week and doggy paddle until about Thursday. On the other hand, maybe they’re putting their heads down and getting on with it. And listening to some good beats to help them do that makes perfect sense.
Today’s Monday so if you’re looking for some beats to get you through the week, check out Fun Toy‘s EP. It’s a 20 minute compilation of down tempo (yeah, yeah, I know electronic music’s bpm is genre specific but I’m talking tone here) alternative, glitchy, electronic tracks featuring piano lines, mellow vocals, sax and cheeky Air-like synth sounds.
There’s no reason why you can’t put your headphones on and get on with a decent day’s work with Fun Toy helping you focus. In fact, he could be like the plants that throw really well to Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata. Fun Toy could help improve your work! The best part? It’s available for free and has had over 1326 combined listens (6 tracks) currently (June 23rd). Check out Fun Toy on Facebook or download the EP from Fun Toy’s Soundcloud Page.
