Hello! I have some great news for those of you who love creating YouTube content or simply love watching YouTube. Most of you know I have an iPhone, but there’s no denying that Samsung is smashing the game at the moment with their mobile and video tech. They have awesome projects and they’re not holding back South African from joining that. Samsung is excited to host the creative geniuses behind the very Funny or Die brand.
This Thursday night Samsung is hosting the creative geniuses behind the very successful Funny or Die brand who are coming to Johannesburg on 27th September and Cape Town on 29th September. Perhaps you’re not entirely familiar with Funny or Die, so let me catch you up. They’re responsible for Zack Galifianakis hosting Between Two Ferns.
Funny or Die is a comedy video website that combines user-generated content with original, Funny or Die was created by the guys at Gary Sanchez Productions (Will ferell; Adam Mckay; Chris Henchy) and a bunch of Silicon Valley dudes and ladies. Now, Funny Or Die has offices in Japan, Madagascar and Bahn.
Funny or Die in Cape Town
The guys will be running workshops with bloggers/Instagrammers/film makers/creatives on how to create compelling content and methods of global distribution. As the global leaders in VIDEO content with over 70 MILLION followers on their sight they have broken the internet many times and achieved over 1 BILLION Views. This is a real treat for the SA creative community!
